We take great pride in our reputation for quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the date of delivery for any Hill Dermaceuticals products purchased on www.hillderm.com. Please call us at 407-323-1887 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of delivery of your order to request a full refund of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products not purchased at www.hillderm.com.
If you received the wrong product or a damaged product, please call us at 407-323-1887 or email us at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving the product. When possible, please retain the product and packaging and/or take a photo of the damaged portions of the product and/or packaging so that we can minimize these occurrences in the future.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of returns. All refunds will be posted to the original form of payment minus shipping costs. We cannot provide refunds via cash, check, or other alternative payment form. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your original form of payment. Refunds that cannot be posted to the original form of payment will receive online store credit at www.hillderm.com. Online credits do not expire.
