Payments We use Stripe as a Service Provider for payment processing and we will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to Stripe whose use of your personal information is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy, which can be viewed at https://stripe.com/us/privacy.

Legal and/or Regulatory Disclosure We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, investigate a wrongdoing on the Site, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

If a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personally identifiable information online, we ask that a parent or guardian contact us at contact@hillderm.com so that we may promptly delete the information.

CalOPPA
